2023 13' Saturn Triton Outfitter Series KaBoats Are Complete!

2022 13' Saturn Outfitter (Triton) Series KaBoat with Heat-Welded Seams

The new 2023 model with our "Triton" series improvements (optional) are here. The Triton Series upgrades represent over $400 additional value and include; upgraded imported PVC ($75 value), heat-welded seam technology used by our Saturn Triton manufacturer with over 10 years of high frequency heat-welding expertise ($200 value), Leafield D7 inflation valves ($150 value), and an extended 3-year warranty ($100 value). The boat technical specifications are nearly identical between the Triton model (TRSK385XL) and our standard version. These Triton series improvements incorporate the newest technologies in inflatable boat construction and provide an incredible value for those looking to put their boat to the test. If available, this option will be listed under the "Model" selection.

The new models also include extra-large 16" diameter tubes, 4 exterior tube chambers (vs. 2 in the standard 15' Saturn KaBoat), Leafield valves, upgrades galore, a raised bow design with 2-3" additional kick for ocean/river conditions, and a very spacious interior.

We've made new improvements to provide the most versatile combination of performance, safety, and portability for any boat on the inflatable boat market including Heytex PVC, upgraded Leafield D7 inflation valves, a triple thick 1.5mm PVC bottom protection layer, and technical modifications for improved ability to handle ocean conditions and big waves!  These improvements account for hundreds of dollars of additional value and are only available for the 2023 Saturn Outfitter Series KaBoats (with Triton ugrades) on our www.saturnrafts.com and www.saturnboats.com websites!

The KaBoat is excellent for explorations, hunting and fishing in the back-country. This Kaboat was specifically designed to access Alaska's remote wilderness by narrow, shallow streams, while still providing the capability to haul large loads. We have seen some amazing videos from customers using this KaBoat to explore the far reaches of remote rivers/streams and also as a gear hauler on hunting/fishing trips around the globe. Check out our videos on this product page and also the 15'/16' Saturn Triton Outfitter Series KaBoats to see just a sample of the incredible uses these KaBoats are serving.

The 13' Saturn Triton Outfitter Series KaBoat is lighter and smaller than its bigger, older brother the 15' Outfitter Series KaBoat, and therefore is easier to manage with one person. The rigid, drop-stitch air floor is removable and can be protected with marine carpet or vinyl flooring from your local hardware store against accidental punctures by heavy and/or sharp objects.

Instead of the traditional standard of 2 exterior air chambers, the 13' Saturn Triton Outfitter Series KaBoat comes with 4 separate air chambers for extra safety. In the event of an air chamber failure do to puncture, this Kaboat will still remain operational and get you home safely. Extra heavy-duty rub strake protectors are installed along both sides of the tubes for maximum durability in those shallow rocky rivers, or running it up onto the beach.

Good morning Steve. Finally got around to forwarding some pics of mt “Fishin Mosheen”. I can’t accurately convey how much I have enjoyed my KaBoat so far, although I fear the local fish population aren’t too pleased.

Also, it was great to hear your business is doing ok under the extreme circumstances. I suspect that many boaters’ will be transitioning downward, likewise those new to boating may find the initial purchase and the ridiculously low operating expense very appealing in light of current events. Of course, there are a great many of us who appreciate those qualities regardless!

I am very much looking forward to my next inflatable from Saturn Boats!

Purchased this rig from a neighbor who needed a larger version of the same boat.I love this rig, much smarter value than traditional tender.
The boat is tough as nails...only weak item is the removable inflatable floor, one must note this and protect.

Had my Alaska series outfitter 385 almost a year. Use it for a tender to a 36' boat in the Bahamas Out islands. Power it with a 2hp Honda. Travel on it inter island, trips up to 29 miles. Wrap around Spray rails work terrific. Seakeeping ability is first class. Riggedness with double bottom is amazing. I do not recommend using it with a larger motor, as it is a bit skittish at high speed. My business is Marine rescue.

I use my Kaboat as a tender for my 65ft sailboat and it really is an incredible inflatable. Easy for one person to launch and retrieve from the boat deck. Stability is better than expected and it rows quickly and tracks right on ...I have a 2.5 Lehr propane outboard for it and it is a great union. I will never go back to a conventional tender or dingy. Great design concept and execution. Regards.

Thought I’d provide y’all some feedback on your product,. “LOVE IT” and the quality of support I have received from you. I fish the North and South Santiam Rivers in Oregon, which in the summer can run pretty low…had some concern over the length of the skegs and their ability to clear the shallows. I found that as long as you don’t try backing through or broadsiding (have done both) there is no problem, other than the occasional bump as one passes over a large rock. The inflatable floor is awesome…never thought you could be stable and confident standing on an inflatable floor and as I frequently choose the gnarliest course through a rapid, the water that I take in quickly disappears beneath the 6” floor leaving my carpet high and dry. I’m still amazed at how much water I drain at take out without realizing it was there.
For my purposes and comfort, I’ve made some modifications…As with most inflatables, seating never seems to be in the right spot (or won’t support a fishing seat) and the fixed oar system can cause serious problems on a swift moving river {if ya stick an oar). Ive added a rowing frame with a home made river anchor system, a 2.5hp Lehr propane outboard, and a functional boat seat sunshade (patent pending).
Bottom line, I Love My Boat! Attached a short clip of what it looks like on the river…Many many positive comments, especially from those drift boaters who will be paying on their boats for years to come and who envy that I go where they can’t (don’t want to damage their expensive hard bottoms).

I bought one of those kaboat things from you guys. I never heard of this before, but I couldn’t pass up the idea for a two-for-one. A boat and a kayak for one price is a great deal. I bought the 13 footer SK385XL, and it meets my expectations as a kayak and as a motor boat. I can go for a nice calm day out kayaking, then slap a little outboard on it and speed up the river. My kaboat is easy to inflate and easy to handle whether I’m paddling or motoring. Plus, I can just leave it in the trunk of my car so I have it whenever I want. Thanks for making it so easy and shipping it right to my door, guys. You’re great!
